Whatever a product may or may not do, it certainly does nothing sitting in a cupboard.
Attach it to something existing
New habits survive when anchored to established ones. Alongside brushing your teeth, or with the kettle, beats a vague intention to remember.
Keep it visible, within storage rules
Out of sight is genuinely out of mind. Balance this against the label — if something needs refrigerating after opening, the fridge shelf you actually open is better than the back of it.
Match format to your life
The best format is the one you will keep using. Someone who dislikes swallowing capsules will not take capsules for six months, regardless of what is in them.
Do not stack everything at once
Starting five products simultaneously means learning nothing about any of them, and complicates working out what caused a reaction.
Give it a realistic window, and be honest
Decide in advance how long you will try something and what would count as it being worth continuing. Then be willing to conclude that it was not. That discipline is worth more than any individual product.
